Directory FAQ
South Cities Church launched a member-only directory on April 30th, 2023 through the Church Center app. All members are invited to participate in the directory and will have full control over any and all personal information they wish to share with the other members of SCC.
The purpose of the directory is to facilitate family life as a church in accord with our Membership Covenant.
This member directory will be managed by South Cities Church staff, who will use their discretion to remove any members acting inappropriately, not in keeping with the rules listed below, or the Membership Covenant.

This member directory will be managed by South Cities Church staff, who will use their discretion to remove any members acting inappropriately, not in keeping with the rules listed below, or the Membership Covenant.
- Once invited, members can view the directory*
- Once invited, members may opt-in any personal information they wish to share in the directory on an individual item basis (see image below)
- Individual items shared in the directory can be removed (or added) at any time by the member (directory > your name > edit)
- Items shared in the member directory do not reflect the information stored in the member profile, viewable by South Cities Church staff and elders
*Members that do not opt-in to sharing at least their name in the directory will have viewing access revoked roughly one week after the family meeting, after which a form (at the top of this page) may be filled out to request access
Rules:
- Use the directory for ministry or church-family related communication only
- No personal advertisement or advancement (selling of goods, personal advertising, personal events, political promotion)
- No sharing directory information with non-members
- No copying of information for personal use (creating a physical address book)
- No sharing information outside the bounds of the Church Center app (no posting of information online, no sharing of information with other members. If a member wants directory information from you, refer them to staff for directory access. They may have intentionally had directory access revoked by staff)
